These terms cover the use of this website and the phone and SMS text message program operated by Neron Garage Doors ("we", "us", "our"), a garage door repair and installation company serving the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. By submitting a request form on this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SMS text message program
Program name: Neron Garage Doors appointment and service updates.
What you will receive: when you submit a request on this website and check the consent box, we may send you text messages about that request: scheduling your free estimate or repair visit, appointment confirmations and reminders, a heads-up when the technician is on the way, and follow-up about the work you asked about. We do not send unrelated marketing texts.
Message frequency varies by request. Typically 1 to 5 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can also opt out by calling (469) 891-4001.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or call (469) 891-4001.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still book service by calling us directly.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to submit a request or participate in the SMS program.
Phone calls
When you submit a request, we may call you at the number you provided to confirm your details and schedule your appointment. Calls may be automated or AI-assisted, and a person confirms every appointment. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.
Estimates and pricing
Prices shown on this website for new garage doors are for our standard stock doors, installed, and include removal of your old door. Final pricing is confirmed at the free in-home visit after we measure your opening. Repair pricing is quoted by the technician before any work begins.
